Co-Creating with Nature

Throughout our lives, we go through different growth cycles that challenge us to move from a place of safety and venture into uncharted territory. There often comes a time when we no longer identify with who we have been in the past as our life experiences inspire us to seek new ways of living. If you have ever felt trapped in a relationship, location, or job that no longer fits, you will understand what I am saying. Sometimes we have to let go of where we are to move on to where we need to be. During these periods of accelerated growth, we develop new interests and ideas, and often let go of old relationships and friendships that no longer serve us.

To implement this catalytic process, nature creates waves of energetic patterns that expand our vibration on all planes of existence. The physical body, including the skeletal structure, often moves incrementally to adjust to the new shapes that are being created. This may be perceived as being stretched like a rubber band, and can manifest as painful symptoms in the body. Often times, nerve endings tingle and currents of electrical impulses are sent coursing through the system resulting in burning or freezing sensations radiating out from the spinal column. These feelings are similar to what I experienced during the period of my light body awakening while I was studying at the Healing Light Center.

This level of evolution signals that a major transition is underway. But to the uninitiated, experiencing it for the first time, expansion can cause anxiety, fear, and even panic attacks.

In the nature kingdom, the pattern of evolution happens annually through the changing of seasons. This phenomenon happens within the human kingdom, too, as we move through the cycles of birth, adolescence, adult, and middle age to assume our role as elders. Assuming we live to an old age, we will experience at least seven expansion phases during our lifetime.

In 1992, I was introduced to this concept while reading Machaelle Small Wright’s landmark book, “MAP: The Co-Creative White Brotherhood Medical Assistance Program.” The MAP program was initially developed by Small Wright, nature and the White Brotherhood (a group of advanced spiritual beings and master teachers) during a seven-year period of research and work at her garden center, Perelandra in Virginia.

By following the instructions detailed in the book for creating a personal MAP team, a major expansion phase occurred in my life sensitizing me to the world of nature spirits. It is my belief that this process paved the way for the co-creative relationship I have since developed for working with nature, and was a necessary step in my own evolution to be able to eventually communicate with Mr. Kiki.

Because expansion has figured so prominently in the development of our relationship beyond the veil, I asked Mr. Kiki for his thoughts on the subject:
